GEOMET® 500 & 321: zinc lamellar corrosion protection
GEOMET® 500 and GEOMET® 321 are zinc flake coatings designed to protect metal parts against corrosion in aggressive atmospheres. They are particularly used for fasteners, mechanical components, and parts exposed to humidity, salt spray, or harsh industrial environments.
GEOMET® forms a thin, homogeneous layer, suitable for technical parts, even those with complex geometries. The zinc acts sacrificially: it corrodes instead of the steel, thus protecting the substrate from corrosion.

Geomet 500 and Geomet 321: chrome-free anti-corrosion coating
These two coatings offer similar corrosion resistance performance. The main difference is that GEOMET® 500 is a thin, non-electrolytic coating that is already lubricated throughout. Conversely, GEOMET® 321 requires the application of an additional topcoat from the PLUS range (L, M, XL, RL, or VLH).

GEOMET® 500
GEOMET® 500, used alone or in combination with our range of topcoats, meets the most stringent cyclic corrosion tests. Thanks to its self-healing properties, it continues to protect parts against rust even after mechanical damage, such as stone chips.
It also ensures good bimetallic compatibility with aluminum alloys.
GEOMET® 321
GEOMET® 321 offers the same performance and functionality as GEOMET® 500. Used alone or in combination with our range of topcoats, it meets the most demanding cyclic corrosion tests.
Its unique feature is that it is formulated without PFAS, while retaining the same anti-corrosion protection properties.

Controlled application process
To guarantee the performance of a GEOMET® system, choosing the right product is not enough. Preparation, application, and system monitoring are crucial to achieving the desired results.
1. Analysis & framing
Room type, environment, sector, salt spray requirement, functional constraints.
2. Surface preparation
Surface preparation and system definition according to the part and specification.
3. Coating application
Controlled implementation to guarantee consistency, protection and compliance with specifications.
4. Controls
Thickness control, cutting, visual inspection, traceability according to your requirements (on request).
